Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Treasure Coast DTF website and your orders for our products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What we provide

We produce direct-to-film (DTF) transfers and related products from artwork that you supply. You may upload a finished, print-ready sheet, or use our online tools to arrange your own designs onto one.

We review the artwork submitted with each order for common print problems and may make minor corrections. This review is a courtesy, not a design service and not a guarantee: we do not create, redraw, recreate, or vectorize artwork, and we may not identify every issue. You remain responsible for supplying artwork that is suitable for printing, as described on our order and FAQ pages, and for the final content of what is printed.

Your artwork and content

• You represent that you own or have all rights, licenses, and permissions needed to print the artwork you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights.
• You grant us the limited right to use, reproduce, and process your artwork solely to produce and fulfill your order.
• We may decline or cancel any order that we believe is unlawful, infringing, or otherwise violates these Terms.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change over time. Applicable shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment processor (Stripe). Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we may accept or decline it, and we may correct pricing or other errors before an order is produced.

Custom-made products, reprints, and cancellations

Our transfers are custom-made to order from your files, so orders generally cannot be changed or canceled once production has started. If your order arrives defective, misprinted, or not as ordered due to our error, contact us promptly and we will make it right with a reprint.

Color and output

Colors on your screen depend on your monitor and device color profile and are not an exact match to printed output, so printed transfer colors may vary. This normal variation is not considered a defect. Pressing results also depend on following proper time, temperature, and pressure for your materials.

Shipping

We offer nationwide shipping. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the carrier, unless otherwise required by law.

Text messages

If you give us a mobile number and opt in, we may send you text messages from (844) 383-4968 — promotional offers as well as customer care. Those messages are governed by the messaging program terms in our Privacy Policy, which set out what we send, how to stop it, and what it may cost you. You can stop them at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or use it to upload unlawful or infringing content.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, except as required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
