Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your information when you order with us or get in touch.

Last updated: September 1, 2026

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Treasure Coast DTF ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website, place an order for DTF transfers, upload artwork, or contact us. By using the site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly and a limited amount of information automatically:

  • Contact and order details you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, and any message or notes you send us.
  • Artwork files you upload for your order (for example, your print-ready transparent PNG).
  • Payment information — payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not collect or store your full card number.
  • Account information if you create an account or sign in (including via Google), such as your email address and sign-in identifiers.
  • Basic technical and usage information your browser sends automatically, such as device and log data, used to operate and secure the site.
  • With your analytics consent, information about your visit to this site — the pages you view, links and buttons you select, roughly how long you stay, and how you arrived (such as a link in an email or an ad). See “Our own visit analytics” below.

How we use your information

  • To process, produce, and fulfill your orders and take payment.
  • To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
  • To send order-related communications (such as confirmations and updates about your order).
  • To send text messages — promotional offers as well as customer care — to a mobile number you gave us and opted in with. See “Messaging program terms and conditions” below.
  • To send marketing or promotional emails only if you have opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time.
  • With your consent, to measure how the store and our advertising perform (analytics and ad-conversion measurement) so we can improve them.
  • To operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and services, and to comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We share information with service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed for them to perform those services. These include, for example, our payment processor (Stripe), our hosting and file-storage providers, and our email provider. Mobile opt-in and consent data is not part of what these providers receive — it is covered on its own terms under “Data sharing” below.

With your consent for analytics and/or advertising, we also share limited measurement information with Google (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads) and Meta (the Meta Pixel and the server-side Meta Conversions API). Where we send order or contact identifiers to Meta for ad measurement, they are hashed before transmission. If you do not grant that consent, we do not share this information with those providers. This is measurement of our own campaigns: we do not hand your information to a third party for that party's own promotional or marketing purposes, and it never includes mobile opt-in data. See “Data sharing” below.

Our own visit analytics are not shared. That information stays in the systems we already use to run the store and is not sent to an analytics vendor or an advertising network.

We may also share information when required to comply with the law, to enforce our terms, or to protect our rights, safety, or property, or those of others. We do not sell your personal information.

Data sharing

  • Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
  • Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

Messaging program terms and conditions

  1. 1.The messaging program consists of promotional messages — offers, discount codes, and news about our products — together with general customer care messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers. Messages will be sent from (844) 383-4968.
  2. 2.You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text ‘STOP’ to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message ‘STOP’ to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  3. 3.If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@dtftreasurecoast.com.
  4. 4.Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. 5.As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
  6. 6.If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy details contained in the rest of this page or contact us at support@dtftreasurecoast.com.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies for the purposes below, grouped into categories you control. Non-essential technologies stay off until you grant the matching consent, and we apply Google Consent Mode so Google tags respect your choice.

  • Strictly necessary — required for the site to function, such as keeping you signed in, maintaining your cart, and securing checkout. These are always on and are not used for tracking.
  • Forms you submit — if you arrive on a link that carries campaign labels (an email campaign of ours, an ad, or an AI assistant or other site that referred you), we hold those labels in your browser until you close the tab. They are attached only if you then submit a contact form, sample pack request, or email signup, so we can see how you reached us and answer you in context. They are never sent on their own, are not combined into a profile, and are not shared with an advertising network.
  • Analytics — with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 and our own first-party visit analytics to understand how the store is used (for example, which pages and products get attention) so we can improve it. Our own analytics stores a short-lived identifier in your browser that lasts only until you close the tab. This is measurement, not advertising.
  • Advertising — with your consent, we use advertising technologies from Google (Google Ads, including conversion tracking) and Meta (the Meta Pixel and the server-side Meta Conversions API) to measure our advertising and show more relevant ads, including conversion tracking for orders you place. This is our own advertising: we do not hand your information to a third party for that party’s own promotional or marketing purposes, and it never includes mobile opt-in data.

Our own visit analytics

With your analytics consent, we record how this site is used with our own software rather than a third-party analytics product. This information stays in our systems: it is not sold, not shared with an advertising network, and not combined with data about you from other websites.

We count every page request, including automated ones. Software that is not a person — search engine crawlers, and the security scanners that open links inside email before a recipient sees them — produces a large share of those requests. Those counts are anonymous totals per page, per day. They contain nothing that identifies a visitor or a device.

We only keep a record of an individual visit once it shows signs of being a person rather than an automated request: about five seconds on a page, or moving to a second page. A request that does not meet that threshold is counted and nothing further about it is stored.

  • What a visit record contains — the pages you viewed and in what order, links and buttons you selected, when the visit started and ended, the address of the page that referred you, campaign labels in the link you followed, and your browser's user-agent string.
  • What it never contains — anything you type. We record which field was selected, never what was entered into it, so your name, email, phone number, shipping address, order notes, and uploaded artwork are not part of this data.
  • If you are signed in, the visit is linked to your account so we can support your orders. If you are not signed in, the visit is not linked to a name or an email address.
  • We keep individual visit records for 90 days and then delete them automatically. The anonymous per-page daily counts are kept longer, because they identify no one.
  • This runs only after you consent to analytics. Reject or withdraw analytics consent and nothing described in this section is recorded — including the page counts.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, fulfill and support your orders, and meet our legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations. When we no longer need it, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Individual visit records from our own analytics are an exception with a fixed limit: they are deleted automatically after 90 days.

Your choices

  • You can accept, reject, or change analytics and advertising cookies at any time from "Cookie preferences" in the site footer.
  • You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
  • You can stop our text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us, or get help by replying HELP.
  • You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal limits.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
