Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your information when you order with us or get in touch.
Last updated: September 1, 2026
Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Treasure Coast DTF ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website, place an order for DTF transfers, upload artwork, or contact us. By using the site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly and a limited amount of information automatically:
- Contact and order details you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, and any message or notes you send us.
- Artwork files you upload for your order (for example, your print-ready transparent PNG).
- Payment information — payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not collect or store your full card number.
- Account information if you create an account or sign in (including via Google), such as your email address and sign-in identifiers.
- Basic technical and usage information your browser sends automatically, such as device and log data, used to operate and secure the site.
- With your analytics consent, information about your visit to this site — the pages you view, links and buttons you select, roughly how long you stay, and how you arrived (such as a link in an email or an ad). See “Our own visit analytics” below.
How we use your information
- To process, produce, and fulfill your orders and take payment.
- To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
- To send order-related communications (such as confirmations and updates about your order).
- To send text messages — promotional offers as well as customer care — to a mobile number you gave us and opted in with. See “Messaging program terms and conditions” below.
- To send marketing or promotional emails only if you have opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time.
- With your consent, to measure how the store and our advertising perform (analytics and ad-conversion measurement) so we can improve them.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and services, and to comply with legal obligations.
Data sharing
- Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
- Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.
Messaging program terms and conditions
- 1.The messaging program consists of promotional messages — offers, discount codes, and news about our products — together with general customer care messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers. Messages will be sent from (844) 383-4968.
- 2.You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text ‘STOP’ to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message ‘STOP’ to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- 3.If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@dtftreasurecoast.com.
- 4.Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- 5.As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
- 6.If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy details contained in the rest of this page or contact us at support@dtftreasurecoast.com.
Our own visit analytics
With your analytics consent, we record how this site is used with our own software rather than a third-party analytics product. This information stays in our systems: it is not sold, not shared with an advertising network, and not combined with data about you from other websites.
We count every page request, including automated ones. Software that is not a person — search engine crawlers, and the security scanners that open links inside email before a recipient sees them — produces a large share of those requests. Those counts are anonymous totals per page, per day. They contain nothing that identifies a visitor or a device.
We only keep a record of an individual visit once it shows signs of being a person rather than an automated request: about five seconds on a page, or moving to a second page. A request that does not meet that threshold is counted and nothing further about it is stored.
- What a visit record contains — the pages you viewed and in what order, links and buttons you selected, when the visit started and ended, the address of the page that referred you, campaign labels in the link you followed, and your browser's user-agent string.
- What it never contains — anything you type. We record which field was selected, never what was entered into it, so your name, email, phone number, shipping address, order notes, and uploaded artwork are not part of this data.
- If you are signed in, the visit is linked to your account so we can support your orders. If you are not signed in, the visit is not linked to a name or an email address.
- We keep individual visit records for 90 days and then delete them automatically. The anonymous per-page daily counts are kept longer, because they identify no one.
- This runs only after you consent to analytics. Reject or withdraw analytics consent and nothing described in this section is recorded — including the page counts.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, fulfill and support your orders, and meet our legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations. When we no longer need it, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
Individual visit records from our own analytics are an exception with a fixed limit: they are deleted automatically after 90 days.
Your choices
- You can accept, reject, or change analytics and advertising cookies at any time from "Cookie preferences" in the site footer.
- You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
- You can stop our text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us, or get help by replying HELP.
- You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal limits.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
