Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your information when you order with us or get in touch.
Last updated: July 28, 2026
Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Treasure Coast DTF ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website, place an order for DTF transfers, upload artwork, or contact us. By using the site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly and a limited amount of information automatically:
- Contact and order details you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, and any message or notes you send us.
- Artwork files you upload for your order (for example, your print-ready transparent PNG).
- Payment information — payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not collect or store your full card number.
- Account information if you create an account or sign in (including via Google), such as your email address and sign-in identifiers.
- Basic technical and usage information your browser sends automatically, such as device and log data, used to operate and secure the site.
How we use your information
- To process, produce, and fulfill your orders and take payment.
- To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
- To send order-related communications (such as confirmations and updates about your order).
- To send marketing or promotional emails only if you have opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time.
- With your consent, to measure how the store and our advertising perform (analytics and ad-conversion measurement) so we can improve them.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and services, and to comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
We share information with service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed for them to perform those services. These include, for example, our payment processor (Stripe), our hosting and file-storage providers, and our email provider.
With your consent for analytics and/or advertising, we also share limited measurement information with Google (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads) and Meta (the Meta Pixel and the server-side Meta Conversions API). Where we send order or contact identifiers to Meta for ad measurement, they are hashed before transmission. If you do not grant that consent, we do not share this information with those providers.
We may also share information when required to comply with the law, to enforce our terms, or to protect our rights, safety, or property, or those of others. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies for the purposes below, grouped into categories you control. Non-essential technologies stay off until you grant the matching consent, and we apply Google Consent Mode so Google tags respect your choice.
- Strictly necessary — required for the site to function, such as keeping you signed in, maintaining your cart, and securing checkout. These are always on and are not used for tracking.
- Analytics — with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the store is used (for example, which pages and products get attention) so we can improve it. This is aggregate measurement, not advertising.
- Advertising — with your consent, we use advertising technologies from Google (Google Ads, including conversion tracking) and Meta (the Meta Pixel and the server-side Meta Conversions API) to measure our advertising and show more relevant ads, including conversion tracking for orders you place.
Managing your cookie consent
On your first visit you can Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Manage preferences to choose analytics and advertising individually. Strictly necessary cookies are always on and require no consent.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the "Cookie preferences" control in the site footer. Withdrawing consent stops future non-essential collection; it does not affect information already processed while consent was in place. Your choice is stored on your device, so you may need to set it again on another browser or device, or after clearing your cookies.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, fulfill and support your orders, and meet our legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations. When we no longer need it, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
Your choices
- You can accept, reject, or change analytics and advertising cookies at any time from "Cookie preferences" in the site footer.
- You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
- You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal limits.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
